We got a chance to chat with owners Nigel Perrymond and Laura Paul and learn a little bit more about them and this amazing company!
What has your journey been like with GoodLeaf Hemp Therapeutics?
Nigel - My journey began after helping brand a new Colorado based CBD Company in 2015. I was fascinated how people exalted the benefits, but I had never witnessed them firsthand. One day an older lady in her 70’s came into the shop and brought her daughter along who at the time was a Nurse at UC Health. She had many questions as she should, she was searching for an alternative answer to her mother’s chronic pain. In fact, her mother entered the shop on a walker. While discussing options with them, I provided samples of Honey CBD. No more than ten minutes passed, and the older woman walked across the floor without her walker and her daughter burst into tears because she had not seen her mother walk unaided in a very long time. This encounter sparked my interest in the benefits of Honey along with CBD Full Spectrum and CBD Isolate compounds.I am inspired every time someone enjoys our products and believes in the benefits of CBD.
Laura - Why did I venture into the world of CBD? I was seeking a remedy for the pain my mother, my sisters, and myself have experienced for years due to chronic, debilitating illnesses. My mother has had chronic back issues all her life, having had 7 surgeries from the base of her neck down to her tailbone; platinum rods put in, platinum rods taken out, fused discs, and on and on and on. Sleep evaded her for years due to the extreme pain in her back, hip, and knees. My sister Amy suffered chronic ulcers on her legs causing horrible pain equal to that of 3rd degree burns that never went away for over 10 years. My other two sisters, Jennifer and Carrie suffer from chronic hip and back pain. So, I specifically jumped into CBD pain salves to help my sisters, and my family not hurt anymore. Then as I developed the pain salve, and asked for feedback from family and friends, results began to happen. My sister could bend her legs at the knees, and do squats, without pain in her hips and knees. I rub the pain salve on my mother’s back almost every night, and now she can sleep for longer than an hour at night.

We specialize in Full Spectrum CBD Honey, Diabetic Friendly Solutions (DBF) & Autism Research involving Full Spectrum CBD.
Our primary motivation is to ensure positive outcomes & responses from the CBD Industry nationally and abroad. Each of our products are tested publicly at random to ensure quality, service, and effectiveness of every product we produce. We allow this feedback, positive or negative, to be public knowledge.
What is something you would like our customers to know?
After researching the benefits of honey, it occurred to us that it would potentially be a wonderful delivery system for CBD infused supplements for Autism. Although we include other natural imported proprietary supplements which remove the necessity for prescriptive vitamins, as everything is included into the solution. We are also the only CBD Company in the Country to offer a specialized CBD Autism Honey Stix prescribed by a physician.
We will also be “unofficially” associated with a CU CBD Autism Study for children. Since we are the only CBD Company that provides a solution outside of clinical (FDA), we are in high hopes that we will be accepted as a primary partner in the study. Hopefully before the end of the month we will have full clarification as the program is in its infancy. We ask for any and all help in getting a natural helpful and non-addictive solution to our children and families who deal with the Autism Spectrum.
