Returns & Refunds
All products sold by BoulderCBD are consumable or personal-use items. For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons:
- We do not accept returns of opened or used products
- We do not offer refunds on consumable products once delivered
All sales are considered final unless otherwise outlined below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo documentation of the product and packaging
Upon review, BoulderCBD may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

We stand behind our products and value our customers. While refunds are not provided for consumable goods, we encourage customers to contact us with any concerns.
On a case-by-case basis, we may offer:

Shipping & Delivery
BoulderCBD is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays once an order has been shipped
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly. We will assist where reasonably possible.
